【英文摘要】 In late 1920s,a severe drought struck Sui Yuan area. The charity organizations inside and outside the province participated actively in social relief.China International Famine Relief Commission and Red Cross organizations at all levels also took part.China International Famine Relief Commission also invested money to build Min Sheng Canal so as to assist the victims.
