　　10、科学的博爱精神把分散在世界各地、各种热心科学的人联结成一个大家庭。

　　11、实现明天理想的唯一障碍是今天的疑虑。

　　12、有学问而无道德，如一恶汉有道德而无学问，如一鄙夫。

　　13、我们必须成为民主制度的伟大兵工厂。对我们来讲，这是同战争本身一样严重的紧急状况。

　　14、我们必须以同样的决心，同样的紧迫感，同样的爱国主义和牺牲精神来致力于我们的任务，就好象我们处在战争中表现的那样。
